Welcome to Korea!

Hi Everyone-
Today is p-day and here we have an hour to email! thursday. and i'm exhausted! This place is insane, yes it does smell really garlic like here, its better in some areas and worse in others. i got my new companion today, his name is elder fisher, he actually was the one that started the holy grail tradition 14 transfers ago crazy eh? he's a funny guy and i think i'm going to really enjoy him, he says he likes to work hard and play hard so that helps, and he said he'll help me get used to the food. which is good because i am going to need all the help i can get. kimchee is very bizaare. The city is HUGE, we just dropped my stuff off at the apartment, we are on the 23rd floor and we look out towards some huge buildings. our apartment is really nice, its better than some apartments i've seen in the states. we also have 2 other missionaries living with us but i haven't met them yet. President Burton is a champ i love the guy already, he's like President anderson, pike, and stuer all blended into one. He's actually related to us, he comes from a the line of garrs that came acrossed the plains with the pioneers CRAZY HUH? i've never met any garrs besides our direct relatives.Sister Burton is awesome, she's really sweet and both her and her husband are very loving, i'm glad that they are the president and his wife because i really like them. The flight here went really fast, it took 12 hours, we had really good wind, it was the nicest airplane i've ever been on, and it was huge, i actually slept on it to, most the time actually. I've already talked to a couple people on the street, its hard but fun. it'll be nice when i learn some more korean haha. the korean people are very nice, we went to a place called gimbab sarang which means i love seaweed and rice, and i didn't really like what i got to eat, and they brought out more food for me out of no where. its really humid here, really humid. but i'm getting used to it. this sunday i get to introduce myself in church, our church building is the biggest church building in asia its brand new and five stories tall. so that will be fun. well i have to go register for my green card.
